Grace keeps Bibb clean

Keep Macon-Bibb Beautiful honored Nancy Grace in a ceremony this afternoon in front of Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law. She “adopted a spot” along Georgia Avenue in front of the law school to help keep Macon litter-free. After saying that she was an inspiration, Charlie Bishop (still wearing that blue shirt, which really has to be hot with a coat too in this weather) proclaimed today Nancy Grace Day in Bibb County. While I truly believe adopting a site is a good thing for someone in the public eye to do because it brings attention to a very worthy cause, who knows what this duty actually entails. Is Nancy Grace going to pick up trash? My money's on no, but I still can’t help but imagine walking my dog over by the law school one day and stopping to find Nancy Grace actually picking up trash and keeping Macon beautiful. Now that's inspiration.
